How to transfer etisalat balance
Balance and data are two different numbers, and running out of one does not stop the other - which is why "my internet stopped but I have credit" is so common. The USSD menu, the app, and an SMS all report the same counters.

Steps
- Dial the balance code from the du line for credit, or use the app for data remaining.
- For data-only bundles, the app shows the valid-until date, which is where most confusion sits.
- Emergency credit and top-up behave differently by plan - check before relying on it.
- Set an auto-renew or a low-balance alert so a hotspot does not die mid-download.
- If the number looks wrong, refresh by restarting the phone - the balance cache is on the device.
